On Aug 14, 2024 from 9:00 PM CT - 9:15 PM CT, *Emergency maintenance - Tenfold TCC maintenance operation will be performed. The following impacts are expected:

- disruption in Tenfold TCC Call control functionality.

Scope of impacted services: Most customers would only experience small disruption. Call state will remain accurate. No Data loss is expected during the maintenance operation.
