On Feb 20, 2024 from 9:05 PM CT - 9:15 PM CT, a Tenfold Cloud maintenance operation will be performed. The following impacts are expected:

- Existing Phone Calls: No impact
- Call Controls may be impacted (On-Prem PBX only).
- Tenfold UI: Call Control non responsiveness

Scope of impacted services: Most customers would only experience small disruption. Call state will remain accurate. No Data loss is expected during the maintenance operation.
