What action is planned: We are performing regular software updates to our infrastructure services to ensure continued stability.

Reason for activity: Enhance critical infrastructure functionality to allow accelerated supportability and up-to-date reliability.

Tenfold Dashboard: Yes, impacted - Non-responsive. Will not load
Tenfold UI: Yes, impacted - Delays, lag, and unresponsiveness

No data loss is expected as part of this activity.

Next expected updates: Due to the nature of the events, you will receive updates one hour before the maintenance starts, at the start of the maintenance, and once more at the completion.
