Operations will perform the deletion of node pool on Production GKE clusters

Time frame: July 28,2023 9:00 PM CT to 10:00 PM CT

Planned activity: Deletion of old versions of Kubernetes node pools in Production

Reason for activity: We have Docker Image for old Node Pool. As we Migration from Docker nodes to Container node images there is no use of old Node pool.

Functionality that will be impacted during the time frame:
- Existing Phone Calls: No impact
- Tenfold UI: Yes, impacted - Delays, lag, and unresponsiveness
- Tenfold Dashboard: Yes, impacted - Non-responsive. Will not load.
- Disruption is 5-10 minutes over a 30 minutes period - for deletion of old node pool.

During this time some agents might experience disruption as described above and/or errors when using Tenfold. No data loss is expected as part of this activity.

Who is impacted: ALL Tenfold Customers

Next expected update: Due to the nature of the events, you will receive updates via the status page one hour before the maintenance starts, at the start of the maintenance, and once more at the completion.
