Salesforce is beginning upgrade of customers to their new Summer '18 release. The new Salesforce updates include URL formatting changes within Lightning Classic and Lightning Console that directly impact the Tenfold OpenCTI / Embedded Application. To ensure functionality of the Tenfold Embedded UI/OpenCTI is maintained when using Lightning Classic or Lightning Console, users are encouraged to upgrade to the new 3.10 build of Tenfold.
