On January 17, 2022 at 9:00pm US Central, Tenfold Cloud Operations team will conduct a unscheduled maintenance to our cloud infrastructure. This maintenance will be making configuration updates to our infrastructure services to ensure continued stability. During this 45 minute maintenance, Tenfold's platform may not process inbound/outbound call events that are sent to Tenfold's cloud. The duration of this impact is not expected to exceed 45 minutes.
