Disconnect with Asterisk Event Producer

Our site reliability team was alerted of an issue with Asterisk event producer that began at 9:23am CDT. After rebooting systems availability came back online two minutes following. At 9:33am CDT the team resolved the issue internally and a subsequent RCA will be generated to identify the issue and next steps to mitigate in the future.
