Operations will perform the upgrades on clusters from Docker-based node image to Container-based node images.
Time frame: May 26, 2023 - 9:00 PM CT to 9:30 PM CT
Planned activity: Migration from Docker nodes to Container node images.
Reason for activity: The vendor will be discontinuing support of the current version solution, and Tenfold will need to perform this migration to remain in support with them. Additionally, this required upgrade has security and bug fixes included.
Functionality that will be impacted during the time frame:
- Existing Phone Calls: No impact
- Tenfold UI: Yes, impacted - Delays, lag, and unresponsiveness
- Tenfold Dashboard: Yes, impacted - Non-responsive. Will not load.
- Disruption is 5 -10 minutes over a 30 minutes period
During this time some agents might experience disruption as described above and/or errors when using Tenfold. No data loss is expected as part of this activity.
Who is impacted: ALL Tenfold Customers
Next expected update: Due to the nature of the events, you will receive updates via the status page one hour before the maintenance starts, at the start of the maintenance, and once more at the completion.
