On Saturday, March 24th from 3:00 AM UTC to 5 AM UTC Tenfold Site Reliability team will be upgrading services for Asterisk / Cloud Connect / 8x8 event producers. The upgrade is being conducted to improve scaleability of our platform for customers leveraging these integration types. The scheduled maintenance is expected to make services unavailable for customers leveraging Asterisk, Cloud Connect, and 8x8 for upwards of 20 minutes. Customers leveraging a secondary connection point (Local Asterisk Connector, Cloud Connect Client) will experience zero downtime.
