Tenfold engineering has completed the deployment to api production. Tenfold will continue to monitor this patch over the next 11 hours and will move to resolve this incident at the end of this time. No further updates are expected for this incident.

Tenfold automated monitoring systems have identified an elevated level of errors within our API infrastructure for RingCentral Customers leveraging OAuth connectivity. Affected users may experience an issue with completing click to dial requests.

Our team has identified the issue and is scheduled to patch the API at 9:00pm CST (3:00 am UTC).
