On June 23, 2023 from 9 PM CDT - 11 PM CDT, a Tenfold Cloud maintenance operation will be performed. The following impacts are expected:

- Existing Phone Calls: No impact
- Tenfold UI: Yes impacted - Delays, lag and unresponsiveness
- Tenfold Dashboard: Yes impacted - Unresponsive or data not populating.

Scope of impacted services: Most customers would only experience small disruption. Call state will remain accurate. No Data loss is expected during the maintenance operation.
