On January 27, 2024 at 9:00pm US Central, Tenfold Cloud Operations team will conduct an unscheduled maintenance to our cloud infrastructure. This maintenance will be making configuration updates to our infrastructure services to ensure continued stability. During this 60 minute maintenance, some latency when loading the dashboard and with actions performed using the Tenfold application. Data updates including Call Events and CRM events will be impacted. The duration of this impact is not expected to exceed 60 minutes.
Due to the nature of the events, you will receive updates via the status page 60 minutes before the maintenance starts, at the start of the maintenance, and once more at the completion.
