Time frame: April 26, 2024, 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM CDT
Planned activity: We are performing an upgrade as part of regular software updates to our infrastructure services to ensure continued stability.
Reason for activity: Enhance the functionality of critical infrastructure to enable accelerated support and ensure up-to-date reliability by implementing select feature enhancements and bug fixes.
Functionality that will be impacted during the time frame: *Existing Phone Calls: No impact on calls. - Calls will NOT be dropped. * Tenfold UI: Yes, impacted - Call controls within the Tenfold application will not work during the maintenance window. - Incorrect call status may be displayed in the Tenfold UI. * Tenfold Dashboard: No impact.
Duration: Disruption for 20 minutes of the 2-hour maintenance window on April 26, 2024, from 2:30 AM to 2:50 AM CDT
Who is impacted: The impact will ONLY be to TCC OnPremise Tenfold users in the Application UI.
Next expected update: Due to the nature of the events, you will receive updates via the status page one hour before the maintenance starts, at the start of the maintenance, and once more at the completion.
