UPDATE: The duration of maintenance on January 11th, 2020 has been change and will now take place on January 11th, 2020 from 6:00 AM UTC to 12:00 PM UTC (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM CST).

On Saturday, January 11th, 2020 one of Tenfold's managed service providers will be making changes to its core infrastructure. The duration of this maintenance is anticipated to last 6 hours from 6:00 AM UTC to 12:00 PM UTC (12:00 AM CST - 6:00 AM CST). During this time, Tenfold users can expect the following features to be unavailable:

Password Reset Email
Tenfold Invitation Email
@Mention Syntax Email
SMS Message Follow-up Email

No other Tenfold services are expected to be impacted during this time.
