Time frame: February 16, 2024 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST

Planned activity: We are performing an upgrade as part of regular software updates to our infrastructure services to ensure continued stability.

Reason for activity: Enhance critical infrastructure functionality to allow accelerated supportability and up-to-date reliability.

Functionality that will be impacted during the time frame:
* Existing Phone Calls: No impact to calls.
- Calls will NOT be dropped.
- Call controls with Tenfold application will not work during the maintenance window.
- Incorrect call status may be displayed in the Tenfold UI..
* Tenfold UI: Yes, impacted - Delays, lag in Tenfold application functionality.
* Tenfold Dashboard: Yes, impacted - Delays, lag in Dashboard functionality.
* Duration: Disruption for 3 hours on February 16, 2024 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST

* Who is impacted: All Tenfold Customers using the platform during these activities. During this time users may experience some latency/inability to load the dashboard in actions performed using the Tenfold application. Data updates including Call Events and CRM events will be impacted.

* Next expected update: Due to the nature of the events, you will receive updates via the status page one hour before the maintenance starts, at the start of the maintenance, and once more at the completion.
