On April 14, 2022 at 11:00p US Central (4:00am UTC April 15), Tenfold Cloud Operations team will conduct a scheduled maintenance to our cloud infrastructure. This maintenance will include components of our Cloud Connect Monitor (CCM) and our Redis infrastructure. During this one hour maintenance, Tenfold's platform may not process inbound/outbound call events that are sent to Tenfold's cloud. The duration of this impact is not expected to exceed 60 minutes.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Phone Integrations (Asterisk, 3cx, 8x8, Genesys, Fuze, Avaya, RingCentral, Skype for Business, SkySwitch, ActivePBX, Cisco PBX, ShoreTel Sky, ShoreTel, Nextiva, Netsapiens, Avaya Aura, Avaya Communication Manager, Dialpad, Evolve IP, Broadsoft) and API.
