In our ongoing effort to resolve the identified issues with a subset of our RingCentral customer base, assuming all continues to go well with our internal testing, Tenfold will conduct planned maintenance tomorrow night our planned maintenance window from 10 PM - 2 AM CDT to implement additional improvements to our RingCentral integration.
During this maintenance window, customers leveraging RingCentral as their primary telephony system will be unable to use Tenfold. As opposed to the prior 2 maintenances, which were made to assist us in gaining a better understanding of the problem, we believe that this one will resolve the issue that this subset of customers have been experiencing.
There is no anticipated impact to any other phone system integrations.
